The Goal: To develop a suite of Salesforce newsletter templates to enhance ASTP/ONC’s communications strategy.
The Process: Each template was customized to meet the needs of distinct audience segments, including: the general public, developers, students, and internal employees. The templates were tested with a wide range of content types and refined as necessary to ensure effectiveness. Several of these adjustments required the application of HTML/CSS coding.

Collectively, these newsletters reached approximately 65,000 subscribers on a weekly basis.

ASTP Weekly Updates Eblast

Designed and developed this flexible e-blast template to serve as the weekly update for ASTP/ONC activities. The layout was structured to accommodate evolving content types while maintaining a consistent brand identity. Distributed externally to an audience of approximately 52,000 subscribers.

Certification Program Eblast​

Developed this e-blast to share program updates from the Certification team. Distributed weekly to an  developer audience of approximately 9,000 subscribers.

Pathways to Public Service Eblast

Developed a weekly e-blast to keep students informed about networking events, career fairs, internship and job opportunities, recent student hires, and additional ways to engage with ASTP/ONC. Distributed to an audience of approximately 4000 students.

ASTP Insider Newsletter

Developed monthly internal newsletters to keep ASTP/ONC employees informed on key events, major announcements, and organizational news. Distributed internally to approximately 200 employees.
